个人简介

吕优优,男,中共党员,博士。2021年12月引入澳门威尼克斯网站为专任教师,研究方向为功能性乳品与益生乳酸菌工程。目前作为负责人主持“国家自然科学基金”“湖北省自然科学基金”“中央高校自主科技创新基金”等科研项目,作为骨干参与科技部重大专项2项。目前已在《Theranostics》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》(封面)《Food Chemistry》《Molecular Nutrition & Food Research》《Food & Function》等权威期刊发表研究论文28篇,包括25篇SCI,一作9篇;荣获“山东省高等学校科学技术一等奖”1次;申请专利3项,已公布3项(含授权1项);参编专著3部(含出版1部);担任《Food& Function》(TOP期刊)、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》(TOP期刊)、《Journal of Clinical Microbiology and Biochemical Technology》等SCI及同水平国际学术期刊审稿人。
